Payment Method

Payment for rented vehicles is made through the secure online payment system of the platform. Customers can add a payment method such as a credit card, debit card, or Epay PayPal account to their KARAM account.

When renting a car, customers must pay the rental fee in full at the time of booking. The rental fee covers the agreed rental period and any additional fees or expenses, such as insurance, delivery or pickup fees, that may be incurred.

If the rental period is extended, the additional rental fee will be charged to the customer's payment method. Similarly, any fines or penalty points imposed during the rental period will also be charged to the customer's payment method.

Once the rental period has ended and the car has been returned in the agreed condition, the security deposit will be refunded back to the customer's payment method, provided there are no outstanding fees or damages to the vehicle.

Customers can view their payment history and current balance in their KARAM account and can update their payment method at any time. The secure online payment system of KARAM ensures that transactions are safe and secure, giving customers peace of mind when renting a car through the platform.
