Deposit

When renting a car from KARAM, customers must pay a rental deposit. The rental deposit is a measure of protection to ensure that the car owner is protected against any possible damages or losses that may occur during the rental period.

The amount of the rental deposit may vary depending on the value of the car and the duration of the rental period. The deposit is held by KARAM until the rental period is over and the car is returned in the agreed-upon condition.

If there are no damages or unpaid fees during the rental period, the rental deposit will be refunded back to the customer's payment method (within 7 days). In the case of damages or fees during the rental period, the deposit will be used to cover the costs of the damages or fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

It is important for customers to take care of the car during the rental period to avoid any possible damages or fees. If there are any issues with the car, customers should notify KARAM immediately to ensure that the problem is resolved as soon as possible. This will help ensure a smooth and trouble-free rental experience for both the customer and the car owner.
