If the car you have rented has been stolen, the first thing you should do is contact the owner of the car, report the theft to the police immediately, and file a theft report. You should also contact KARAM's emergency hotline to inform us of the situation and provide us with the police report number.
The KARAM team will assist you throughout the process and provide you with the necessary support. Depending on the circumstances, we can provide you with a replacement car or help you with transportation.
It is important to keep in mind that you are responsible for the car while renting it, so you must take all necessary measures for its safety and protection. This includes parking the car in well-lit areas, keeping the doors locked, and not leaving any visible valuables in the car.
