Which document to present when picking up the car?

In order to comply with KARAM's standard rental insurance policy, you must provide the following documents to the owner at the beginning of the rental period:

• Original driver's license (no copies or statements of loss/theft)
• Bank card in your name, used to pay the rent

Secondary drivers must also provide their driver's license to the owner in order to be added to the rental agreement and receive insurance coverage.

Can I use a statement of loss/theft or a copy of my driver's license to rent a car?

Without an original driver's license, you cannot rent a car from KARAM. Therefore, statements of loss, temporary driver's licenses, or copies of driver's licenses are not allowed. You must decline the rental and inform the owner as soon as possible.
