Verification of your profile

Your profile must be verified by KARAM before you can receive the car.

You must:

• Check that your personal information is correct. Your date of birth, driver's license number, issue date, and all information in your profile must match the information on your ID and driver's license.
• Upload a copy of your ID card (front and back) or passport (both sides: photo and signature).
• Upload a copy of your driver's license (front and back prints or three panels for pink licenses).
• Take a selfie using our identity verification system.

Note: We only accept original documents. We cannot accept copies or theft declarations. We verify profiles as quickly as possible, but profile confirmation may take up to 24 hours.

We recommend that you check your profile immediately after your rental is confirmed. We will send you an email once your profile has been confirmed or if additional documents are required. Your profile check expires automatically after 3 years and must be re-verified.

If your rental activity has already begun and your profile has not been confirmed, you can contact us.

However, if your profile cannot be accepted (for example, because you cannot provide the required documents), the car owner unfortunately cannot do anything and you will need to cancel the rental.
