4. Regular maintenance - Car owners must maintain their cars in good technical condition and provide all necessary maintenance documents and certificates.
5. Cleanliness - Car owners must provide their cars in a clean condition to service users.
6. Accurate representation of the car - Car owners must present their cars exactly as they are and not engage in any misleading actions.
7. Mileage restrictions - Car owners may impose mileage restrictions on their cars, which must be indicated in the advertisement.
8. Car delivery - Car owners must provide car delivery to service users at a specific location and time.
9. No smoking policy - Car owners may prohibit smoking in their cars.
10. No pets policy - Car owners may prohibit bringing pets into their cars.
