What's included in the rental price?

• Rental cost: This is the price chosen by the owner of the vehicle.
• Mileage: The included mileage depends on the duration of your rental. See more information about the mileage package.
• Insurance and roadside assistance: Third party coverage. (Also, due to insurance requirements, renters under 25 will be charged an additional 30 leva per rental. This amount will appear when paying for the rental). 
• KARAM service fees: This helps us ensure the proper functioning of the platform.

The final price of your rental depends on multiple factors, such as the duration of the rental and the cost of insurance (depending on the vehicle category).

Your rental price does not include: 

• Fuel: If you return the vehicle with less fuel than at the beginning of the rental, you will be charged for the missing fuel as well as the refueling costs (more information about our fuel policy).
• Additional mileage: If you plan to drive more than the included mileage in your rental, add a mileage package to your reservation to increase your mileage package. If you drive more than your mileage package, you will have to pay for the additional kilometers after the rental (more information about the mileage package).
• Plus or Premium insurance level (optional): Add one of these options to reduce the costs you will have to pay in case of damage or incident (more information about the protection levels).
• Additional expenses: You will have additional expenses if you return the car later than the agreed time, dirty or in a different location than agreed.
