Picking up and Returning the Car

Pick up the Car

On the day of rental, go to the designated car pickup location to collect the keys. The owner may ask to see your driver's license and have you sign a rental agreement before handing over the keys.

Inspect the Car

Before driving off with the car, inspect it to make sure it is in good condition and has no pre-existing damage. Take pictures of any existing damage and report it to the owner through the KARAM platform.

Returning the Car

Return the car on time and in the same condition as when you received it. After inspection, the owner will confirm that everything is in order to conclude the rental.
