Owner and Renter Rating

After each completed rental, KARAM allows both the owner of the car and the customer to rate each other. This helps ensure that both parties have a positive experience, and the platform maintains a high level of trust and transparency.

Customers can rate the car owner based on factors such as the condition of the car, accuracy of the listing, communication, and punctuality of the owner.

Car owners, on the other hand, can rate the customer based on factors such as punctuality, communication, and adherence to KARAM policies and guidelines.

These ratings are important because they help future customers and car owners make informed decisions when renting or listing a car on KARAM. It also incentivizes everyone involved to act responsibly and respectfully, which ultimately leads to a better experience for all.

Both parties must submit their ratings before they are published.
