Late return of the vehicle
If the customer knows that they will be late in returning the vehicle, they must request an extension of the rental period in order to take advantage of the insurance coverage.
If the request is approved, the insurance will remain valid and the customer will be charged for the extended period. If it is not approved, the vehicle must be returned to the owner at the time specified at the beginning of the rental period.
If the customer returns the rented vehicle from KARAM after the contractual rental period has expired, they may be charged an additional fee for each hour of delay.
Late fees for returning the rented vehicle are predetermined (15 BGN per hour) in the rental agreement and depend on the length of the delay. We would like to remind you that after a 24-hour delay, the owner has the right to declare the vehicle stolen and file a complaint with the police.
