Fines during the rental period

During the rental period of a car through KARAM, customers are responsible for all fines or penalties, including but not limited to parking fines, speeding violations, toll violations, and any other traffic violations. In the event that a fine or penalty is issued, KARAM will charge the customer's payment method for the full amount of the fine, as well as a processing fee (15 BGN). The owner of the vehicle is not responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.

It is important for customers to follow all traffic rules and regulations during the rental period to avoid any fines or penalties. In the event that a fine or penalty is issued, customers must immediately notify KARAM to ensure that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
