Car cleanliness
When returning a rented car to KARAM, customers are expected to return it in the same condition in which it was rented, including its cleanliness. KARAM's policy requires customers to return the car in reasonably clean condition, without excessive dirt, waste, and clutter.
If the car is returned in an excessively dirty condition, the customer may be charged a cleaning fee to cover the costs of cleaning. The amount of the cleaning fee will depend on the degree of cleaning required to return the car to its original condition.
To avoid additional cleaning fees, customers should make sure to remove all clutter from the car before returning it. Customers should also avoid smoking in the car, as smoking is strictly prohibited in KARAM rental cars.
Cleaning fee:
Our team has the right to determine fees depending on the level of car contamination:
- Light contamination (15 BGN): The car is returned less clean than its original condition, but cleaning will take a little time and normal cleaning products will be used.
- Medium contamination (35 BGN): The car is significantly dirtier than its original condition, cleaning will take a considerable amount of time or special cleaning products or equipment will be required.
- Heavy contamination (70 BGN): The car is extremely dirty and requires a significant amount of time and special cleaning products or professional services.
- Cigarette smoke (30 BGN): If there are cigarette residues or an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in the car, a fee will be charged.
If professional cleaning is required, you will be charged accordingly.
If customers have any questions or concerns regarding the cleanliness of the car or other aspects of the rental process, they can contact KARAM's customer support team through their website or mobile application.
