Replacement Car
In case the owner cannot provide the initially agreed car due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the car being involved in an accident or having technical issues, but has other cars available, a secondary car for rent will be offered to the renter.
If the renter agrees to rent the secondary car, the rental agreement will be updated to reflect the new details of the car, including the brand, model, and registration number. The rental price may be adjusted if the secondary car has a different rental price compared to the initially agreed car.
If the renter does not wish to rent the secondary car, they can cancel the rental agreement and receive a full refund. The owner may still be subject to a penalty for canceling the rental agreement, depending on the circumstances and KARAM's cancellation policy.
It is important for both parties - the owner and the renter - to communicate with KARAM's support team as soon as possible in case of problems or changes in the rental agreement. This will help ensure a smooth and transparent rental experience for all parties involved.
