Post-rental evaluation

During the car rental process through KARAM, both the car owner and the renter can be evaluated by the other party at the end of the rental period.

After the rental period ends, both the car owner and the renter have the opportunity to evaluate the other party in the KARAM system. The evaluation can be accompanied by a comment explaining the reasons for the rating.

The owner's evaluation may include criteria such as the cleanliness and condition of the car, accuracy in providing the car, and responsibility when returning it. The renter's evaluation may include criteria such as accuracy in paying rent, the condition of the car after the rental period, and overall communication.

The evaluation can be reflected in the user profiles in the KARAM system and may be taken into account for future rentals.
