Late return of the vehicle
If the customer knows they will be late to return the vehicle, they must request an extension of the rental in order to take advantage of the insurance coverage.
If the request is approved, the insurance will apply and the customer will be charged for the extended period. If it is not approved, the vehicle must be returned to the owner at the time specified at the beginning of the rental period.
If the customer returns the vehicle rented from KARAM after the end of the rental period, they may be charged an additional fee for each hour of delay.
The late fees for returning the rented vehicle are predetermined (15 BGN per hour) in the rental agreement and depend on the period of delay. We would like to remind you that after a 24-hour delay, the owner has the right to declare the vehicle stolen and file a complaint with the police.
