KARAM Standards

Tenant Verification

In the case of requests for renting a car from a higher category, KARAM will perform a verification process before informing the car owner of the request. This is necessary to ensure that the user meets the necessary requirements for renting a car from this category, including having a valid driver's license and sufficient driving experience.

The verification process may include checking the user's driver's license, confirming their identity and contact information, as well as verifying their payment method. KARAM may require additional documents or information from the user to confirm their eligibility for renting a car from the required category.

After the verification process is completed, KARAM will inform the car owner of the rental request. The car owner will have the option to accept or reject the rental request based on their own criteria, such as the condition of the car or its availability.
